The gentleman who handled my oil change was excellent he was informative and helpful which has not always been the experience when I stopped by 2 months ago I believe he is new and certainly did an excellen was informative and helpful which has not always been the experience when I stopped by 2 months ago I believe he is new and certainly did an excellent job , he is an asset to the service Dept I was debating on using the Kia in Albuquerque because of my previous experience but am now glad I did use the Kia here More

I go to have them do an oil change and rotate tires I drive out of lot after I tell them the tire light is on in the left back tire and it was still on they didn’t reset the oil light when I let them kno drive out of lot after I tell them the tire light is on in the left back tire and it was still on they didn’t reset the oil light when I let them know they said they reset it and fixed the tire but if they rotated tire how is the problem on same side the service was crap the rep was great but service personal didn’t get it right horrible More
