Not sure what you mean by “unpredictable times” as I’m hoping you are not referring to Covid as your business has been up and running throughout. After speaking with the manager, he tried to run my card THREE TIMES to refund me the extra prices but didn’t know how so I asked if he could just send me a check in the mail as I don’t live in SF. He said he would have to look into it. I hadn’t heard back from him in a week so I had to call back. He said he would be sending it that day. It is already a week later and I still haven’t received the said check. I called Morley Fletcher (general manager) to hopefully get some help from him. I left a voice message and waited for him to call me back. He finally called me back and left me a voice message saying he was “extremely busy and difficult to get ahold of.” Really?!? I returned the call twice since then and still never received a call back. So if the general manager conducts business this way, I’m not surprised that the service manager and employees also conduct business in this manner. It’s a shame really. There will be no “next time” for me. This company needs major training on procedures and customer service skills. I was treated great by the sales team when I bought the vehicle and the service, after the company got my money, is horrendous. There is no way I’d return to be treated so poorly. This company does not care about treating customers with respect nor does it care about retaining its customers. What a shame. Lesson learned.
