The service manager and Morley the owner were amazing. My daughter and I were driving from Los Angeles to Dallas and broke down 2 hours outside of Santa Fe. Santa Fe Kia service department is the worst! They never answer the phone and don’t return phones messages. The website took 20 minutes to schedule an appointment. When I got there, the lady was rude and we answer the phone and don’t return phones messages. The website took 20 minutes to schedule an appointment. When I got there, the lady was rude and we had to sit and wait an hour. Afterwards, we were charged three times what was originally stated!! Then they charged me that price twice. I had to call the manager and I stated that I was charged for parts and labor that were supposed to be included in the package. They changed out parts without even asking me first! I will never return to this place again! Avoid it at all costs! So unprofessional! More
