I scheduled an appointment to install a remote start. I scheduled it on-site, and they checked and confirmed they could do the work. Three hours into a one-hour appointment, the (presumed) service ma I scheduled it on-site, and they checked and confirmed they could do the work. Three hours into a one-hour appointment, the (presumed) service manager decides they won't do the install. This alone would have been irritating, but the manager is clearly not a nice person who is rude to both his employees (who seemed pretty solid) and their customers. Not recommended. More

I was told by 2 employees my first oil change on my new engine was free and apparently it was not, and I had to pay $90. Answering service was rude and forgot to press hold before talking smack.
