My wife and I moved to Port Charlotte 7 years ago and at the time we had a 2017 Kia Soul. It was our second Kia Soul, the first being a 2012 model. We soon traded the 2017 for a 2020 model when it was sti the time we had a 2017 Kia Soul. It was our second Kia Soul, the first being a 2012 model. We soon traded the 2017 for a 2020 model when it was still Fuccillo Kia, then traded for a 2023 model. Our service has always been great with both dealerships. I do not take our car anywhere for service but here, and we always will. No body knows this car better than the service men here and all representatives are very friendly. More
Absolutely terrible. Every time I come they take 2+ hours for a simple oil change. They do an inspection naming hundreds of dollars of work needed. Took it to another mechanic and told nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Had recalls on vehicle. Attempted to make appointment told me multiple times my car was not one with a recall until I gave case number on mail. Tried to send myself and toddler in Uber to wrong address. Called for hours attempting to get Uber back just to get the run around. Charges 5% for any card used even debit. Never would I bring my car here again More
Kia is great at selling cars yet needs to be improved on service. My car was in the shop for 3 days just for parts. I didn't know when I would get the car back.
