The staff was very pleasant. I was sent here from a different dealership that said there would be no problem in having my car serviced using the other dealerships complimentary s I was sent here from a different dealership that said there would be no problem in having my car serviced using the other dealerships complimentary service offer from when I purchased my vehicle. Kia of Port Charlotte stated they don’t honor the other dealership’s incentives as stated, but did provide the service at no charge anyways.
