Kia of Port Charlotte - Service Center

Brought my 2013 Kia in for two recalls it had they did an inspection on the car and after I picked it up, the right mirror motor was making noise it was fine when I brought it in. Told the Kia advisor about inspection on the car and after I picked it up, the right mirror motor was making noise it was fine when I brought it in. Told the Kia advisor about the noise they brought it in to the mechanic and he said it was like that when it came in even though they didn’t put it down on any of those notes, they told me needed to be fixed on the car. First time visit the dealership and will probably be my last time. they they unplugged the motor wire from the right mirror so wouldn’t make that noise anymore. More

Service was OK, a alignment was recommended yet tires are wearing even. Cabin filter was hardly dirty, I did replace the engine filter myself. Car was washed and left with water spots and looked bad.
