Steven was professional and only doing what he was trained to do; but the overall service is as expected. This is my second car from this dealership and I cringe everytime I think I have to call or wo trained to do; but the overall service is as expected. They must be very understaffed due to covid or something. I was ignored for at least 10 minutes when I arrived. Was not given the usual very thorough intro and follow up through the 3 hour wait.
