They didn4 tell me my insurance woyld go up when I asked to change denied me to trade and hadn't had 24 hrs I got Sunday and went back Monday and they said not for 6 mo I dont have a bracket fir my car for to change denied me to trade and hadn't had 24 hrs I got Sunday and went back Monday and they said not for 6 mo I dont have a bracket fir my car for tag I think they just want the sale abd dont care if u can afford the insurance or repairs or not I told them canr afford three hundred got the payment I wanted but didnt think about the brand I think the sales lady new what it cost but didnt car I was honest of my situation told them I couldn't afford insurance si then they try t8 get me different insurance that not the problem its the repair is expensive and extended warranty so if I get extended warranty all together would be over 500 monthly when I was suppose to stay in a 300 budget not right but it is what it is trading in 6mo for something different More

Honestly, if calm competence were an Olympic sport, Ron would be bringing home gold. He made the whole process easy and set expectations clearly from the start. Now, let’s talk about the cabin air filter — or as I now lovingly call it, the luxury air upgrade. At $95, that little filter felt like it should come with complimentary spa music and a personal thank‑you note. After doing a bit of homework, I’ve since learned that many Kia dealers and service centers charge significantly less for the same service, and the filter itself isn’t exactly a rare gemstone. That said, the service itself was solid, the facility was clean, and Ron absolutely carried the front‑end experience.
