Honestly, if calm competence were an Olympic sport, Ron would be bringing home gold. He made the whole process easy and set expectations clearly from the start. Now, let’s talk about the cabin air filter — or as I now lovingly call it, the luxury air upgrade. At $95, that little filter felt like it should come with complimentary spa music and a personal thank‑you note. After doing a bit of homework, I’ve since learned that many Kia dealers and service centers charge significantly less for the same service, and the filter itself isn’t exactly a rare gemstone. That said, the service itself was solid, the facility was clean, and Ron absolutely carried the front‑end experience. They attempted to resolve the matter in their own way—a manner that felt like a slap in the face. To avoid a confrontation between my husband and the staff members who assisted us, I accepted their offer, and we left. I do not enjoy writing reviews like this, but we felt uncomfortable throughout the process; it seemed as though what was being discussed verbally did not match what was written in the paperwork. Once I arrived home and reviewed all the documents, my frustration was immense, so I returned to the dealership to try and resolve the issues stemming from the misinformation I felt I had received. I had to return again the following day—at which point things did change—but ultimately, we were left feeling exploited and misinformed. We are not happy with our purchase, but we are not the type of people to cause trouble; in a way, we have simply accepted that we will eventually move past this negative experience. More
