I came in for a oil change on my 2014 Sorento,while sitting in the lounge I saw the person who sold me the Sorento.We started talking,and the next thi I came in for a oil change on my 2014 Sorento,while sitting in the lounge I saw the person who sold me the Sorento.We started talking,and the next thing I knew I was test driving a 2015 Optima. I fell in love with the way it drives and ride.I wasn't in the mood for purchasing another vehicle,but the more I talked to my salesperson the more he convinced me into a trade in. He was very sincere about what he was doing,and he went out of his way to get me the deal I wanted, and I fell comfortable with it.The administrator was awesome,he put the finishing touch on the deal, and made it even better.By the way, this took place on July 14,2015. I brought my six month old KIA Optima SXL into Bill Bryan Dealership for it's first oil change and while I was waiting for my car to be serviced I went into the sales department. John Morse asked if he could Dealership for it's first oil change and while I was waiting for my car to be serviced I went into the sales department. John Morse asked if he could help me and I said that I was not ready to purchase another car for a while, but I said that I did have some operational questions on my car. He was so informative and had such a pleasantly pleasing personality. He also took a lot of time explaining the new car models to me.
