Kia of Leesburg - Service Center

I bought a vehicle in 2018 from Kia of Leesburg. Their service has been exceptional. Recently had a motor blow and in the face of what seemed to be a very extended time period to replace the motor, Their service has been exceptional. Recently had a motor blow and in the face of what seemed to be a very extended time period to replace the motor, Kia of Leesburg surpassed my expectations. I was ready to wait months (seriously) and instead was back in my vehicle within 3 weeks. Ideal, no but difficult circumstances beyond their or my control and they have passed with flying colors. I will strongly consider buying another vehicle from Kia of Leesburg when I am in need of one. More

We purchased our vehicle prior to the dealership being bought out. The current owners did not honor the service agreement. To bad for them we usually purchase a new vehicle every 2 years. bought out. My car was taken on time and Terrel was very helpful My GPS was not working in conjunction with my telephone and I’m not talking to you with the roads so I depend on it I am 80 years old and when I realiz GPS was not working in conjunction with my telephone and I’m not talking to you with the roads so I depend on it I am 80 years old and when I realized it wasn’t working correctly I went back and a young man who works in that dealership shipcame out to look at it could not fix it he did not offer any kind of help like may be giving me directions to get back to where I live I went back into the dealership and went to the person who sold me my car to years ago Tim Lyle when I explained the situation he dropped what he was doing came outside and worked it out and fixed it for me Tim is the reason I will forever remain with this car dealership😍 More
