Bill Bryan KIA, 9039 US Hwy 441, Leesburg, FL 34788, has been the sole provider of maintenance for my 2014 Kia Sorento since we moved to Florida in 2014. On August 13, 2020 I brought my 2014 Kia Sorento in been the sole provider of maintenance for my 2014 Kia Sorento since we moved to Florida in 2014. On August 13, 2020 I brought my 2014 Kia Sorento into Bill Bryan KIA, Leesburg for general service and repair of hoses leading from my window washer pump to my front window wiper blades. I have worked on my pump and hoses two times, first to clean the filter and a second time because I thought the filter was clogged again. . On the second try I noticed that my hoses to the wiper blades had been cut. I attempted to repair the cuts myself but could not. Inspecting the assembly did not reveal any other issues. When I brought my car in for my 12 PM appointment on August 13, 2020, I told the attendant of my issue with the window washer hoses. One half hour later my service advisor, Jessica Keller, came and told me that the motor/hose assembly had to be replaced. I told her that only the hoses were damaged. She then told me that the motor and hose assembly were a single unit and all had to be replaced. I had my doubts but felt your folks knew their Kias and did not question what I thought was incorrect information. When I returned home I checked the YOUTUBE video I used as a reference for my repair work and saw that I was correct, the hoses were not permanently attached to the motor. I also saw on my invoice that I was charged for both the motor and 1 roll of washer hose. I immediately called at 4 PM on August 13, 2020, spoke to the Service Manager, Corey Brodeur, and explained my concern. He told me that perhaps the technician, Jonathan Santiago, saw that the nipples on the motor were damaged. I told Corey this was not true as I checked that out less than 6 month ago when I inspected the pump. There were no leaks at the pump hose connections and the nipples looked and felt solid. Corey committed that he would check on this and get back to me in 20 minutes. As of now, August 17, 2020, I still have not heard from him. This is not the first incident of this nature that I have experienced at your dealership. In 2018 your Service Adviser informed me that my battery needed to be replaced. A red flag popped up as I had just replaced the battery within 6 months. I declined and immediately took my Kia to the location where I had purchased the battery. I told them what I was told at the dealer, they checked the battery and it checked out perfect. That battery is still in my vehicle. There was a third incidence regarding engine fluid replacement several years earlier that I dismissed at the time deferring to your technicians expertise. Now of course I am questioning that red flag also. More

Not happy with service dept Had maintenance done on our Soul. When I finally went in I noticed some employees and customers with masks on some with out. Went to waiting room, the chairs are about 2’ apart not 6’, had use men’s room , the trash bucket was over flowing. Went outside and sat on bench, my car was parked outside. I waited 15minutes no one came so I went into the building with cashier. She called a supervisor who came and said he was looking for me. Funny thing is he walked by me 2-3 times without asking my name. They also had my phone number to call my cell. I happened to look at my windshield washer fluid about 3 days later and found it low. I added a gallon of fluid. I kind of wonder what else they forgot to do. Called service dept. the service dept . Customer service rep.who answered the phone, she was argumentative as I voiced my concerns. More
