Purchased an EV6 a few weeks ago, and had a small issue with a trim piece on the car. I showed him the part, and he said he would get one ordered immediately. I also mentioned I had two software updates that need to be done. He asked if we had an hour, which we said sure "why?" He told us to go have a seat in the lounge, and he would make sure the updates were immediately done. Talk about world class service!! Hats off to the service team at Bill Bryan Kia. More

This was the best service that I have ever had at a dealership. I was greeted and then was updated during the oil change. I was offered Coffee and munchies and when the car was returned It was washed a dealership. I was greeted and then was updated during the oil change.
