I am very pleased with dealing with the Service People and that is the reason I keep coming back even tho its not too convenient a drive from The Villages. But I will say this, (with tongue in cheek) I sat in the "Lounge" for about an hour and a half and am "disappointed" I wasn't once approached by one of the sales people that whole time and was able to read my book un-interrupted. One comment on the survey-I only dealt with Mario Font, have no idea who Caitlin Sands is which appears on the survey and I couldn't change the name. Mario Gets my 5 star rating More
