Great overall. Svc rep needs to be more attent to customer concerns in reference to stated maintenance issues with follow thru and clarity. Needs to state facts or solutions vs opinions which are incorrect causing delay in repair or requesting customer returns to complete service instead of completing during original scheduled maintenance time. Initial brake fluid exchange used fluid with excess moisture. Contacted service manger who was upset that it happened and redid the exchange with good brake fluid. Alan, the technician who met me outside, was very polite and helpful. I also talked to my salesman, Max, and was surprised that your financial person (remembered his face but not his name which is normal fo and helpful.
