These new owners of Kia of Leesburg, and their staff, are not living up to the old Bill Bryan Kia name - they are not friendly to the customers nor do they care about the customers like Mr. Bryan, or his old not living up to the old Bill Bryan Kia name - they are not friendly to the customers nor do they care about the customers like Mr. Bryan, or his old staff!!! These new people are impersonal - this new owner's staff look at you like you are an alien and won't speak!! It seems to me, they have thrown REAL customer service, that I had grown accustomed to under Mr. Bryan, out the window and it's all about the dollar with them!!! They took away the oil change policy under Mr. Bryan and now only give one free oil change when you buy a new car and you can't even get mats for your car!!! I took my friend there and she purchased a 2024 Telluride and it didn't have mats and they put her through xxxx when they scratched her car, either when they washed it, or the salesperson put the tag on. It was a nightmare to get them to do the right thing and fix her car!!! This is not the Kia I am familiar with - Mr. Bryan's original staff would have not treated a customer like that!!! Since this new Kia management want to mistreat customers like that, I will never refer anyone to them again - they don't value customers anymore like Mr. Bryan did - they only thinking about making a dollar!!!! Shame on you all there at this new Kia!!! You going to keep on until you are not going to have any customers - you suck customers in and when they take your bait, you leave them hanging!!! HORRIBLE!!!! More
