This was my first purchase of a new car. Zach was very friendly and low pressure, which I was quite thankful for. I finally closed the deal at 9:00pm, even then Zack came out and made sure I knew everything I needed to before hitting the road I finally pulled out of Bill Bryan Kia at 9:30pm. I had reviewed Kia dealers and found Bill Bryan to be rated high, even though it is not the closest to me since I live outside Orlando. The drive is worth it, everyone there is so nice, and I love my Kia Soul. More
We had narrowed our list of possible cars to the GMC Terrain and the Kia Sorrento. Zach Bell listened when we told him what we needed and then showed us the car that met those needs at a price that was Terrain and the Kia Sorrento. Zach answered every question, including some that we didn't think to ask. Zach was thorough, knowledgeable about the dealer's products, and extremely professional. During the test drive, he understood my wife's fear about driving an unfamiliar vehicle on unfamiliar roads and planned the route so that it minimized her concerns while still allowing him to demonstrate the vehicle's performance. This was the first test drive we've ever taken that my wife actually enjoyed enough to be able to focus on the vehicle's capabilities. This was a great buying experience and Zach Bell was the primary reason we chose the Sorrento over the Terrain. More

I went to see a vehicle they advertised on the net. They could not show the vehicle to me nor did the salesman even know they had it. Ok fine. Husband went to see it, he test drove it, everything a deal i could not show the vehicle to me nor did the salesman even know they had it. Ok fine. John came back after already excepting my trade-in and by the way we were paying cash for the balance, and said they did not w ant our trade in because his words" the door seals weren't very good. He had already broken the original deal I had struck with him and jacked the price of the car up and lowered the value of my trade I because of the no a/c. Ok fine still pressed ahead with the deal until once again they tried and steal more money from me. DO NOT GO THERE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM JOHN BROOKS, OR ANY OTHER SALESMAN, at Bill Bryan Kia. More
