Being a woman car shopping on my own, I was treated with respect and spoken to as if I had a brain. He listened to me and found just what I was looking for....both in the car and the price. I must also put in a good word for Edward Pereira, the Business Manager. He worked hard to get me my "deal" and is a genuinely caring person. Buying a car is always stressful for me, because it's not cut and dry like going to a department store and paying the price marked on the tag. I'm never sure if I'm buying the right car at the right price. However, in this case, I am comfortable that I was treated very fairly. More

The sales dept impresses me, as you ask any one of them a question they will take their time and give you the answer. It's a no pressure sales place, that's how I tell everyone. I am very pleased with your place. The waiting room is an awesome place too. It's clean and the girl or the lady that works there I always tell her whenever I'm there how good of a job she is doing because she keeps that place neat and clean and keeps up with the food. The place is always clean and every time I have used the ladies restroom that was even clean I rate the whole place a 10?? in my book. More

I started the conversation with all the negatives, a trade that had little to no equity, and a time limit of two hours of my time. Zach was able to work out a deal for me that was acceptable to both the dealership and to me, and I drove away in a new vehicle pretty much within my time limit. Throughout the process, Zach was attentive, polite, honest, and overall very pleasing to work with. Then I was introduced to Eddie in Finance, where my pleasant experience continued. I'd recommend Zach and Eddie and Bill Bryan Kia to anyone. More
