Unexpected Excellence My wife and I used the Internet to research new cars and we liked what we read about the Kia. We then searched for Kia dealers in our area and found My wife and I used the Internet to research new cars and we liked what we read about the Kia. We then searched for Kia dealers in our area and found Bill Bryan Kia. They had the prices of the vehicle with all accessories online so we could identify those cars that we wanted to check at the dealer. We met Rich Winn, told him our 10-year old Hyundai with 200,000+ miles needed replacing with a car just as nice and reliable. We fell in love with the first car on our list. He obtained a final price, which was what we expected, and then he proceeded to handle the cash purchase for us. Everything went fast and smooth. He took care of our DMV tag swap, insurence notification, and explained all the millions of buttons, dials, and computers. We had a good experience buying the Hyundai, but buying this Kia was exceptional and quite unexpected. The buying experience was just like going to a store and purchasing a soft drink: simple, effortless, no pressure, and way we buy most products from a store. The sales and financial staff were helpful, answered all questions clearly with no avoidance. When you make buying a car that nice, then you know owning the car is going to be a great and fun experience. Thank you Mr. Bryan... you have succeeded in creating a top-drawer buying environment, and we will be passing on the word. More

I had made an internet inquiry and was contacted by internet sales from Bill Bryan Kia. When we finally took a ride over to Leesburg and walked in the door, our sales consultant, Dustin Rooney, greeted us and offered to show several autos. We weren't planning on leaving the dealership with a new car, but between Dustin and the sales manager, John Brooks, we feel good about the whole transaction. There was an issue which wasn't apparent the night we took delivery of the vehicle, but it is being resolved in a professional manner. My wife and I highly recommend this dealership. More

We were very interested in a new Kia, but kept running into the stereotypical car salesmen. Dale at Bill Bryan Kia was the best person to work with in any car buying experience we have ever had! It felt like we had made a new friend. He wasn't afraid to speak up on our behalf when it came to finding us the best deal. Julius did our financing and he was great too! He worked around our schedule to get the deal done. Both of these gentlemen stayed after closing to make sure we were happy and able to drive that same night with our new car. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Another bonus was the dealership itself-- a variety of snacks and drinks in the waiting area along with comfortable seating and tv. More
