Dustin made us feel comfortable and took time out to understand our needs with regard to a new car from the moment he poked his head outside the dealership and asked if he could help, when we were still getting out of our (old) car in the parking lot! We highly recommend Bill Brian KIA and as well Dustin Rooney's professionalism! I am totally happy with my recent service trip and the level of professionalism afforded me by the Bill Bryan Kia staff. The sold a car without disclosing an unclean Car Fact. They sold us a Car without disclosing the car had been in a wreck. When we went to trade it in no one would take it because of this! No one would answer and call back. We will be having to sue them per our daughter who is an Attorney! Very disappointed in this as this was the second purchase from this dealership. The sales person seemed very nice. I am so disappointed and it is causing me great anxiety. It was a second car we had purchased. Shame on them The Manager JB or JR would not give us a fair trade back. More

Bad internet sales experience We contacted this dealership as we found a car we loved online that they had just gotten in stock. We live a few hundred miles away but was more than We contacted this dealership as we found a car we loved online that they had just gotten in stock. We live a few hundred miles away but was more than willing to make the drive. We were working with the sales representative to get some additional pictures just to make sure their was nothing major that would prevent us from purchasing the vehicle. The sales representative was very helpful. The next morning we texted and called the sales representative to let them know we wanted the vehicle and to see if we could provide a fee to reserve the car until we could drive down the next day. We never heard back from him! After a few days we called a manager to track him down. Once we finally got ahold of the sales representative he said sorry...he didn't hear from us so they sold the car. I told him we called and texted only to find out that he had an incident with his phone and had to get a new one. We have all lost or destroyed a phone at some point in our life's but if you lost your phone why would you not call the customers you were working with to let them know. I would not recommend this dealership for anyone purchasing a vehicle from out of town. More

Love my 2017 Sedona!! Came in to take a look at a 2017 Sedona I saw on the internet. Zach took me on a test drive. He is very personable and relatable. Zach, Ozzie and Gerald came together and made me a deal I felt was really good based on all the research I had done on the vehicle I purchased prior to going to the dealership. Zach made sure my vehicle was clean and full of fuel when I picked it up. He took time to give me a tutorial on the vehicle.
