First service on new car I purchased my 2020 Soul GT-line on 06/01/19 after surviving a terrible roll-over accident which totaled my other new car on 05/01/19. My salesperson Laurie was just absolutely amazing, as was everyone else (apologies but I can't remember their names).They made a VERY difficult situation painless. I recently returned 09/13/19 for my first oil change/service, Bree and all the other service personnel were also amazing. I love my Kia Soul and I tell everyone who asks that they MUST go to Bill Bryan Kia, they won't be disappointed. Thank you so much to all of Bill Bryan Kia employees!!! Taken advantage of I really shouldn't even give them one star. I am from near Jacksonville Fl. . While driving back from Tampa on Aug. 5/2019, my 2009 Kia Boreggo ha I really shouldn't even give them one star. I am from near Jacksonville Fl. . While driving back from Tampa on Aug. 5/2019, my 2009 Kia Boreggo had it's check engine light come on and it began to over heat. I pulled over immediately and shut it off. It was towed first, to M & N Automotive, but I soon realized they were more about towing then mechanics. So I decided to have it towed to Bill Bryan Kia, since it was the nearest dealership. I felt more confident that my vehicle would be in better hands at a KIA dealer, to be able to get to the root of my issue. We were told that it needed a cooling fan and clutch, a thermostat, a rear gasket and seal and more, before they could do a true compression test. That sounded ridiculous, but this is why I named my review, "taken advantage of". So they proceeded to put roughly $2800 worth of parts and labor into my car! This took several weeks to complete this work because many of the parts had to be ordered. I took the work list to a local mechanic that I trust, and asked him if this would be necessary to get an accurate compression test. He replied, Absolutely not! Needless to say I was horrified! So Bill Bryan KIA did ALL of those things at my expense, only to have them tell me my head gasket and a cylinder were blown!! They were so benevolent to only charge me $2500 instead of the over $3000 that I was originally looking at! If they would have done a simple compression test to begin with, I wouldn't have had to spend all of this money for absolutely NOTHING, knowing that an engine replacement out weighs the car's value, More
Outstanding customer service I went through USAA car buying program, I spoke with Holly who was very friendly and did exactly what I asked. I told Holly I was in Georgia and my wife was in Florida 2.5 hours away and she had to rent a car and drive to pickup the new one. She showed up and test drove the car, and it was everything she expected. Which is usually not the case. My wife said it was the nicest dealership that she had ever been too, and the sales guy Tim Lile was awesome, friendly, went out of the way to make sure everything was 100%. He walked out and went through all the features of the car, detailed it and filled it with gas without having to ask for anything. Overall experience was way over 5 stars and I really appreciate everything. More
