I am very pleased with dealing with the Service People and that is the reason I keep coming back even tho its not too convenient a drive from The Villages. But I will say this, (with tongue in cheek) I sat in the "Lounge" for about an hour and a half and am "disappointed" I wasn't once approached by one of the sales people that whole time and was able to read my book un-interrupted. One comment on the survey-I only dealt with Mario Font, have no idea who Caitlin Sands is which appears on the survey and I couldn't change the name. Mario Gets my 5 star rating More

Purchased an EV6 a few weeks ago, and had a small issue with a trim piece on the car. I did not have an appointment, but was in the area and decided to stop in.Will Sharman, the service lane manager greet with a trim piece on the car. I showed him the part, and he said he would get one ordered immediately. I also mentioned I had two software updates that need to be done. He asked if we had an hour, which we said sure "why?" He told us to go have a seat in the lounge, and he would make sure the updates were immediately done. Talk about world class service!! Hats off to the service team at Bill Bryan Kia. More
