Service writer could not understand that we’d want to wait for the service to be done. Then tried to argue with my wife that she didn’t tell them that she’d be waiting for the service. Also had to come i wait for the service to be done. Then tried to argue with my wife that she didn’t tell them that she’d be waiting for the service. Also had to come in twice for the recall service. They knew we were coming for that but didn’t have the parts on hand so had to order them. 2 hours of driving wasted. More
