The sales part was smooth and went well. The car was at Subaru but I bought it at the Bill Bryan Kia. But a key was missing and said they'd follow up. Didn't for weeks, so I called back. Call a second time. They said it was there so I drove 25 minutes for it not not be there because they said it was lost but said they'd keep me in the loop. 2 weeks go by with zero contact. Call back for a third time. Suddenly they think they might have the key, but said they'd call back in a couple days about it. They don't really have a good track record for calling back. It feels like they'd hope I'd forget about it or just put it on the back burner and it's honestly so fustrating. I understand things happen, but I have to keep hounding them because no one is staying in contact about a simple issue. I bought the car 5 weeks ago. They have the key, then they don't, then I'm told a new key would be made and now suddenly the key exists again? It doesn't make any sense. More
