Valvoline destroyed my transmission. Will at the, Bill Bryan Kia, service center went above and beyond to get my life back for me. He made call after call to find out what could be done. After hitting a figurative wall, they had no reason to be so good to me, but Bill Bryan Kia gifted me a transmission! Valvoline is still bickering over small expenses they actually caused. Valvoline has lost my business as well as that of my entire family. I will be buying my next car at Bill Bryan Kia and probably all the cars after that. I cannot say enough about the understanding and kindness I received at Bill Bryan Kia, Leesburg. More
