This dealership was the best ! !! Rob was our salesperson, when he greeted us he made us feel like it was our home lol. Keep Rob as long as you can, he is young and very smart, very !! Other dealerships we went to were rude and tried to intimidate us, but when we walked in your dealership , Rob and also everyone else there made us feel extremely welcome. We felt so welcome we would of payed more for the car lol. Please again let them all know what a pleasure it was to be there and be treated like we should be. Rob also bought and had pizza delivered for us there while we waited for paperwork, he really is smart, very nice and Knows what he's doing and how to treat people. My wife and I are young. We have two young children - 6 months and 19 months. We clearly are not the demographic this dealership usually serves. We caught a lot of glances when our kids were restless and/or loud. Apart from our salesman, Max, the staff was very stuffy and rigid. We felt like our presence was a nuisance to the staff - even though we were an east, out-of-pocket transaction. Max was kind and gentle, otherwise it was a frustrating 4 hours feeling like we were unwelcome on behalf of our age and children. A good salesman/ business radiates warmth. Apart from Max, we felt no warmth in that building. More
