Disappointed doesn’t begin to address it. $180 plus tax for an insurance claim, waited 7 months for the part and they NEVER contacted me once, then when part came it did not include labor to $180 plus tax for an insurance claim, waited 7 months for the part and they NEVER contacted me once, then when part came it did not include labor to install. Unbelievable and I only got $ for part, not estimate. Would have had to come up with additional $600 and go back to insurance to see if they would pay for it. Honestly, who does business like this??? Erik, the manager, is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Service was actually very quick and thorough. Expected to be waiting 2-2.5 hours and previous services have gone WAY past that; called knowledgeable. Service was actually very quick and thorough. Service was excellent, the vehicle had been taken to Bellingham Kia multiple times and had not been fixed. At Bellingham Kia they were using process of elimination to fix the problem at the customers ex Bellingham Kia multiple times and had not been fixed. The service and the customer relations there at Everett Kia is outstanding, they kept us up to date on the repair timeframe and the issues the vehicle had. The reason for the 2 stars is based on the extra warranty that I purchased vs what they say they are covering. There was an issue with a seatbelt in the backseat and they said the warranty wouldn’t cover re that I purchased vs what they say they are covering. There was an issue with a seatbelt in the backseat and they said the warranty wouldn’t cover replacement costs based on grime. I purchased the most expensive and expansive warranty coverage and the sales person said at one time another client had some kid bleed all over the back seat and it was covered. But a seatbelt with grime isn’t? Seems like a possible waste of money. It’s disappointing. More
