When we first got there, Quincy Jones made us feel very welcome and gained our trust. He answered our many questions and even though it was close to them closing he patiently took his time. We all then shook hands and decided to finalized everything the next day as it was Mother’s Day. That’s where we met Izzy and Elisa. During our time with them, they both treated us like family and we really appreciated that. Then Kia Rob helped us with the financial part and warranties and we are so thankful for his help as well. Everything and everyone within this dealership is amazing and we are so blessed that we got to experience it before our move. Morgan keeten was my service rep. He was not welcoming or friendly compared to my first time in for service and had JP as my rep. Morgan didn’t smile, didn’t offer any additional information, gave attitude. I understand maybe the policy at Kia of everett is tell every customer who asks for a rental, there is no rental available even though there is one available. However he didn’t wait to hear my situation out where I had called in advance and a manager approved me for a rental since my car was just in for service for 3 weeks for an engine issue and this second time I’m coming in was immediately the next day after I picked up my car and the same engine light came back on. What if I had another 3 weeks with no car? When I did receive the rental car from Morgan he added a comment about wanting the rental car back since the dealership needs it. I didn’t feel like that was necessary to make me feel bad about taking a rental car. Everyone else is very friendly and not condescending. More
