After bringing my car in for a recall the part that was being Replaced failed a week later. I had to use my warranty to replace the part that was working prior to recall. And numerous calls from me for updates on my car as I was not getting any feedback from the shop. Upon receiving my car finally I was told that they were still fighting with Kia to get payment to their technician. Which honestly is not my problem and I didn't need That information as that is a inner office problem and not my problem. During the 2 weeks that I did not have my car, I was not offered a loner car and had to make arrangements on my own to drive over the two weeks. Ultimately the car was taken care of and I appreciate the work.However I believe it was not handled very well initially. More

Morgan keeten was my service rep. He was not welcoming or friendly compared to my first time in for service and had JP as my rep. I understand maybe the policy at Kia of everett is tell every customer who asks for a rental, there is no rental available even though there is one available. However he didn’t wait to hear my situation out where I had called in advance and a manager approved me for a rental since my car was just in for service for 3 weeks for an engine issue and this second time I’m coming in was immediately the next day after I picked up my car and the same engine light came back on. What if I had another 3 weeks with no car? When I did receive the rental car from Morgan he added a comment about wanting the rental car back since the dealership needs it. I didn’t feel like that was necessary to make me feel bad about taking a rental car. Everyone else is very friendly and not condescending. More
