I was told my car would be finished in 2. 5 hours. At 3 hours the service advisor told me it was done and I should have it short. I waited another 30 minutes and went to inquire about my car. 5 hours. At 3 hours the service advisor told me it was done and I should have it short. I told them to skip the wash as I had already been there 3.5 hours. More

It was my first service since I bought the Sorento back in November of 2024 so I was not sure what I should do when I get to the service center. Nadia took great care of me.
