I have had limited experiences with Kia as well as this dealership, but I am pleased so far. I had a confusing situation initially where I couldn’t let them keep my car(daily driver) to fix warranty work dealership, but I am pleased so far. I had a confusing situation initially where I couldn’t let them keep my car(daily driver) to fix warranty work any longer and was told I had to wait for a loaner vehicle so they could keep it longer. I honestly wasn’t sure if I would ever get a call back and they were just blowing smoke up my kazoo. Well, earlier than they predicted I got that call! Also, to boot, there was a heating issue they couldn’t replicate initially but when I came in that second time the issue luckily happened on the way to the dealership! When I pulled in I told them about it and didn’t turn off the car. Morgan got his tech there right away to investigate and seemed to care. More
