They were extremely helpful and fast repairing my car when a sensor needed replacement. I like the Sportsge. Sales process started welll but soured when I got inaccurate time line and thus missed commitments on getting my trade-in check. I kind of have a problem because I was originally quoted for the work on the paper that they gave me at $816.00 and when I asked my mechanic, he said that's about right but then when I called back, there wa for the work on the paper that they gave me at $816.00 and when I asked my mechanic, he said that's about right but then when I called back, there was $1,400. And then they called and said that there would be a few more things and so I calculated it to be around $1600 but then when I got there and all of a sudden and done, I ended up spending $1957 when my original quote was $800 and that was extremely disturbing to me. I'm on a fixed income and this took a huge chunk out of my budget because I didn't think that $800 was high already and just about killed me. I know that the work had to be done, but I feel like it was way more expensive than it needed to be.?? More
