New Car My wife and I got on line talked to KIA of Des Moines we were looking for a used car but ended up buying a new Mitubishi. The sales team and everyone we dealt with was so helpful and freindly Ed called me right away and set up appointment but on our way up there Ed text me and told us we could come earlier if we wanted we got there about half hour before our appointment time Ed was right on top of everything he had cars ready for us that he thought we would like and he already had everything set up in the computer. we walked out 2 hours later with our new car the staff was great and the man that showed us how things work on the new car was great I just can't say enough about the staff and friendly people at KIA OF DES MOINES great service love them I will be back for sure for service and when I get ready to buy again . Ed was the most up-front and honest person that I spoke with. He helped us get a fantastic vehicle that fits our family perfectly and within our budget for payments. We were able to talk trade-ins and loans all through email so that when our family of 8 could get there on a late Saturday afternoon, all we had to do was sign papers and drive off with it. I was pleased with the quick nature of my sale. Most dealerships would mess around with you and keep you there for hours so that you're uncomfortable and fold/cave on your deal because you just want to go home. Bill and Kia didn't treat me that way. I'm very happy with my pre-owned car. More
