Salesman was fine. Management is either incompetent or dishonest. When we went back to the finance office (which took over an hour of waiting) we were in there for over Management is either incompetent or dishonest. When we went back to the finance office (which took over an hour of waiting) we were in there for over TWO HOURS. We Explicitly told him we didn’t want any add ons. but after two hours of doing whatever he was doing he managed to slip in a coverage for blown tires. Didn’t explain it to us (Which explicitly goes against the contract), it was late we were tired, we were hungry, and we trusted him. BIG MISTAKE. We noticed the charge the next day, immediately called, got the paperwork to undo it, signed it sent it in. They told us itd be 30 days… Two months later and we still didn’t have the charge removed. We called several more times. Finally was told they would expidite it and it’d come off in 10 days. Well a month later it still hasn’t come off. they are intentionally misleading people and giving us the run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If I could give zero stars I would. More
