Longest oil change of my life Not many good things to say. I had an 8:30 AM appointment this morning. I arrived at 8:15 AM and had to wait in my car for 30 mins. They finally took my car at 8:45 AM and they've been changing the oil for an hour and 15 mins now. The service advisor checked with me to see if I wanted a car wash. I declined. Not sure what the hold up is. Most places can do an oil and filter change in 30-45 mins. More

Every time that they perform a maintenance to my car have another scratch and nobody take the responsibility. I suppose to receive a free cost rent car for maintenance over one day but I have to pay additional to the rent car. More
