My fiance and I stopped by on a Saturday evening just looking around,we browsed the lot on our way out when we met Tony he had just finished up a deal he came over introduced himself and after that he felt like family he asked some basic questions gave us his card and told us to come see him long story short we returned to the lot on Wednesday picked out a vehicle he came back into his office gave us the magic "Pen" he said once you have the magic pen in your hand the deal is done he didn't show us anything other than what we asked for he didn't try to push us off on to another vehicle he was very straight to the point the entire dealer ship was friendly the GM came in talked to us like we were his family just an all around Great car buying experience so Ton I'll be back to purchase a nering from you lol Be Blessed More

From the front steps to inside the dealership, we felt welcomed and right at home. The staff was excellent. The general manager even came to talk to us. Tony had great people skills, and really cared about making us happy with our car purchase. He understood that this was so important to us. I would recommend this dealership and Tony Johnson for the rest of my life, and we are forever grateful. More

I had originally started my car search at an Atlanta Kia where I live. They tried selling me a car I didn't want and wouldn't help me find it because that's where Kia of Auburn came in. I called them as I got frustrated in Atlanta. I was immediately put on the phone with James White. He greeted me with good ol southern hospitality like we'd been friends for years. I basically told him the car and the price to stay under and he called me back in about 5 minutes and said he'd have it Wednesday. (Little did I know the car came from 20 minutes away from my current location!) This just shows dedication and customer service. James sent me the car sticker and buyers order as soon as he got the car. Once I arrived Wednesday he met me outside the second I pulled up. He took the time to show me every single little feature on the car. He said to call him if I can't remember it all! As we started filling out paperwork the manager came out to say hello. While I waited for financing James showed me around the dealership. I saw extras for the car (I plan to buy the cargo mats), the service center, and even grabbed another bottled water. Once in financing Ryan double checked with my loan company to make sure they were giving me the loan they say they were or he was ready to give me a loan with the dealer as backup. He got me a fabulous rate and monthly payment. I ended up going with the loan I had ready bc it was $20 cheaper and longer months. I appreciated Ryan making sure I was getting the best plan for me even though his offer was better in the long run. I was more concerned with monthly payment. It was nice not having pressure and him only having my best interest. It was a fabulous experience and I plan to go back once I need that mom car! Thanks Kia of Auburn! More
A Good Buying Experence We were a little late for our appointment but we had talked over the phone and Brandon Gray was waiting for us to arrive. Brandon had several Sorentos We were a little late for our appointment but we had talked over the phone and Brandon Gray was waiting for us to arrive. Brandon had several Sorentos staged in the parking lot for us to test drive. We immediately went for a drive and talked about all the features and options. Brandon was very knowledgeable and made it very easy for us to decide on the right suv for us. Within just a few minutes we were in his office talking about the deal that would also be right for us. Again within just a few minutes we had reached an agreement on the price for my trade. Brandon made us aware of discounts we were not even aware of, and applied the discounts to our deal. He got the price for the Sorento we wanted down to the value we needed to be able to do business. All that was left was the paper work. To my surprise the paper work also went very fast and we were out the door with our new Sorento in time to get lunch before our drive home. More

Did not feel pressured or taken advantage of and every individual we Had exactly what we wanted in stock and the transaction was smooth and seamless. We enjoyed Quon who was efficient but we LOVED Rock who started our transaction. More
Kia of auburn review I went in last weekend for a oil change on my 2012 Kia Soul- I walked out with a 2015 Kia Forte. Kia of Auburn worked with me to get me in the car I w I went in last weekend for a oil change on my 2012 Kia Soul- I walked out with a 2015 Kia Forte. Kia of Auburn worked with me to get me in the car I wanted and get me the payments that I wanted. My salesman, James White, was awesome and very patient with me when I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted. He showed me various cars and ended up putting me in one that I love (forte). The finance manager, well, let's just say he got the job done. He did get me good payments but i wouldn't recommend small talk with him, he's not Mr. Personality to say the least. I'm giving the dealership a 3 because of the sales manager. Had it not been for him I would definitely rate Kia of auburn a 5. More

They have always gone over and beyond to help and be of service. I was never baggered about trading in or buying a new car. When my husband and I decided to buy a SUV we met Rock Finch. Within an hour he had us sold on a Sorento. He was able to talk with the finance manager and they were able to get us a lower interest rate and an amazing deal on our new car. Rock was very pleasant to work with and has a great sense of humor. Highly Recommended. More
