Jaroskie (Rock) made us feel welcome and appreciated. He went above and beyond to find the vehicle I was looking for, going as far as calling their sister dealership to see if they had a vehicle available that was the color for which I was looking. He asked me if I could come back the next day as we visited the dealership at almost closing time and their sister dealership did not have time to get the vehicle to me. Upon going back the next day, the vehicle was there waiting for me at the appointed time. The financial manager was also very friendly and instrumental in getting me the vehicle I wanted. They worked with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the vehicle chosen. Rock instructed me on the features of the vehicle and ensured I had a grasp of those features. During my wait time while the financial manager was preparing the paperwork, I was constantly asked if I was comfortable and if I wanted or needed anything. I was very comfortable and did not feel as if they were pushing me to do something that I did not want to do. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle, used or new. More

Credit check w/o permission,told vehicle I wanted didnt exis Came into dealership explore options for a new car for my boyfriend (he was the one shopping, I rode along). Was immediately approached by Wallace who Came into dealership explore options for a new car for my boyfriend (he was the one shopping, I rode along). Was immediately approached by Wallace who rudely gestured his hand towards us and said "ID's?" before fully introducing himself or explaining what our ID's were needed for. Started off talking to my boyfriend but turned all focus to myself after asking about my income and educational status. It did not go unnoticed that for the rest of our visit, Wallace no longer discussed any car or finance options for my boyfriend (who we came in for) but instead relentlessly attempted to pressure me into agreeing to buy a car that day despite the fact that I repeatedly expressed that was not my intentions and I will not be pressured into making an unplanned purchase. Wallace proceeded to take my boyfriend and I on a test drive in the Kia SOUL, but failed to actually explain any features of the car when asked. He instead indulged in his relationship life, which I found extremely unprofessional. The highlight of my test drive is when Wallace told me the Hybrid version of the Soul, the KIA Ev, DID NOT YET EXIST. He had not known that I had already done research on the car and knew that though they did not have the car at the Auburn location, it does indeed exist and is being sold elsewhere (I've even seen these cards on the road). To top it off, I received an alert from my credit monitoring system that a credit check had been added to my credit report- Which should have never occurred as Wallace told me that the "personalized finance options (really just a generic flyer with the same "offers" being presented on the radio) were based on an estimate of my credit score verbally provided by me. It has been my experience that before anyone runs a credit check, they throughly explain to you that it is about to happen and make sure they have permission. Several times I asked to see the specific details of the cars warranty, the most he responded was "It covers everything for 10 years". He also insisted that in order to give me the accurate APR for my "personalized" option, I would have to first agree to purchase the car that day before the finance office would do any more planning. Wallace Little tried to take advantage of two young people who he ASSUMED weren't well researched and could be easily manipulated. I am most insulted by his lack of creativity- his "efforts" to sell me a car while blatantly disregarding what I'm saying, no knowledge of the vehicle he is trying to sell, and even resulting to lying to my face to get a sale. More
