This was a very good experience. The saleperson was not pushy at all, which is one reason I do not usually like going to the dealer lot, once you get out of your car they want to pounce. I did not buy a car from these guys and I'm glad I didn't. I was quoted a price as a "drive out" which should include taxes and fees. The finance guy was the most rude person I have ever met. He never even introduced himself to us and he used terrible language the entire time. We drove 5 minutes down the road and had a newer car within 45 minutes. Don't bother with these clowns! More
Terrible Place to do business. I bought a car from the dealership and had a 2 hour one way trip. The salesman that I spoke with had promised a full tank of gas and a certain trade-in price for the car I o dealership and had a 2 hour one way trip. I sold the car indepently, and the car that I wanted was still there. I set up the trade and go to get the car. They then tell me against policy to fill up a car. I spoke with a manager and the manager made the salesman fill the car up for me. As if I had not had enough trouble with the dealership, a month passed and they still had not sent in a title for the car. With me being so far away it was hard to go speak and get the matter straightend out in person and had to make a million phone calls and wait on my title, which came two weeks after the 30 day tag whent dead. Terrible customer service, and terrible salesmen. Do Not do bussiness with Kevin Lake. More
At every turn, I have been disappointed with the level of customer service. The finance director was rude when I objected to signing a "privacy statement" authorizing the dealership to share my personal pri customer service. The finance director was rude when I objected to signing a "privacy statement" authorizing the dealership to share my personal private information with unrelated 3rd parties. He told me it was a state form (which it is not), and that it was required for the sale (which obviously, it was not). He also bluntly asked me where I got my money when I told him I was paying with a personal check. And while I eventually understood why he asked the question, his manner was offensive. I paid with a personal check, which has delayed my title paperwork by an additional 10+ days, of which I wasn't told, even though the dealership had my funds on the day the check was presented to my banking institution, three days after the sale. I still have no title registered with the state of Georgia after three weeks. Today Brenda, the office manager refused to have someone from her staff follow up with me daily to let me know the status of my title registration with the state, even though she knew I was concerned and unhappy with the dealership. She said they were too busy. More
