A lot has happened here since the last time you visited. Since then there has been a complete overhall of the dealership. New Ownership, new management, and a new sales force. Sorry, I live out of state now and an oil change would not make up for the dealings I had. I filed with the Better Business Bureau but it was ignored once you took owner ship. They agreed to the BBB resolution sold it to you and never fulfilled their end of the promise. That only solidified the type of people they were. I will never own a Kia because of them. I understand your attempt to clean up the image but they did a lot of damage to your location. They treated me as a dead beat because they sold me a car that they took on trade and the amount owed on the car was more than the owner had lead them to believe so they cash my check early to cancel the deal even though I told them my insurance check would not clear for a few more days. I brought a cashiers check the next day and they would have nothing to do with it and blocked the car in the lot as soon as I pulled on the lot. Complete and total ass holes. I purchased a Chipped Key and they agreed to pay me some money for that and my time and hassle (through the BBB). So all that I got was a bad taste in my mouth and lost a couple of hundred dollars and my kids DVD we left by accident in the car. Have fun cleaning up their mess.

Miser01, I am so sorry about the experience that you had here. I completely understand where you are coming from and I would still be pretty upset if I was treated that way as well. Experiences like yours is what give our whole industry a bad rap sometimes. I know that you live a long way away now. However, if you are ever in the area I would love to be able to do something for you guys just to say sorry. Even if it is just a quick car wash, oil change, or something else. Also, sorry about the delay in response to your message back. I am still a little new with this system and it did not alert me that you had responded.
