Not really sure why we continue to purchase Kia's if the warranties just ran out or oh this is not covered. This is the first car ( kia) that i have ever had issues with thr rotors. Car has 40k and already on its second set of rotors. The next ones i put on it will be 3 sets Oh yeah these i will pay for, really unhappy about this whole situation. But i am sure nothing will be done. So no more Kia's after this one.

When I came in to speak to you, I was told you were “too deep in paperwork” to come out of your office to speak with me. I’m curious as to what level of service you are aiming for.
