I bought my new Kia Forte a year ago and was amazed at the guest service and attention I received. They did everything they could to make sure I left not only happy but in the new car I wanted most. I recently went to Kia of Dothan while I was travelling because my low air pressure light came on and went I went to their service department they were less than pleased to take care of this issue for me. After waiting 30 mins I decided to leave and that I would take it to Pensacola Kia on my way home where they were more than delighted to assist me. I love the service team at Pensacola Kia, especially how they go out of their way to ensure your vehicle is maintained and how friendly they are. I did an online search for a new Kia Rio 5 and a few friends of mine had used these guys. I received an email from Dave very quickly after my search and then talked with him on the phone. I got my USAA friends of mine had used these guys. I received an email from Dave very quickly after my search and then talked with him on the phone. I got my USAA price match and my 500 military discount but they didn't have the car I wanted on the lot. They looked around and I looked as well but the 2013 models had just been released. I had originally been looking for the 2012 SX version but there were none to be had so I opted for the 2013 EX version with the Eco and convenience package. I was a little disappointed at the time it took to locate the car but my salesman was out for vacation for a week, when he returned, I got a call from him wondering what had happened. He placed me with another sales rep and got the inventory manager to get a car I had located at their Tallahasee store. I came in, finished the paperwork and the car arrived the very next day. Very happy customer. More
i came to kia with a new warranty in mind. my warranty on the car i owned was about to expire. i had a certain price in mind for car payments, but drake showed me the how the extra amount i would be paying the car i owned was about to expire. i had a certain price in mind for car payments, but drake showed me the how the extra amount i would be paying for my 2013 kia sorento, would actually pay for itself as far as warranty , oil changes and the tires for life program. Outstanding job drake.....if sandy sansing would have spent the same efforts with me, they wouold have had my purchase instead of kia. i was a t sandy sansing before kia by like 15 minutes and the salesman took my througha car list off a paper instead of actually trying to involve me with a new car...GREAT JOB DRAKE!!!!!! Never owned or even drove a Kia before. I thought they were just cheap but dependable cars that you drove for a couple of years then gave them to someone else. Man was I wrong. The Kia Soul is anything were just cheap but dependable cars that you drove for a couple of years then gave them to someone else. Man was I wrong. The Kia Soul is anything but! The car style, quality, mpg, and comfort in a smaller car impressed me. I have more room in the Soul than in my Dodge Nitro.... so I traded it in for a 2012 Soul. I am also extremely impressed with the warrenty. For only $6 a month more, the only thing I have to do to my Soul for the next 4-5 years is fill up with gas. The tires for life, oil changes, 24/7 roadside assistance is a relief for any father. I will be a repete buyer, even if I have to drive 54 miles each way. In less than three hours, I went from "looking at a Kia" to driving one home. Ive spent longer than that just filling out loan paperwork at some bank...... More
I WANTED A NEW VEHICLE THAT WAS ECONOMICAL & STILL HAD MORE ROOM THAN MY SCION XD. MY HUSBAND & I HAD RESEARCHED MANY VEHICLES OVER SEVERAL MONTHS & THOUGHT WE WOULD GO WITH THE SCION XB. THE ONE BIG HAD MORE ROOM THAN MY SCION XD. MY HUSBAND & I HAD RESEARCHED MANY VEHICLES OVER SEVERAL MONTHS & THOUGHT WE WOULD GO WITH THE SCION XB. THE ONE BIG DRAWBACK ON THIS VEHICLE WAS THAT I HAD ALWAYS WANTED A SUNROOF. A LITTLE SILLY, I KNOW BUT I WANTED WHAT I WANTED. WE DECIDED TO CHECK OUT KIA AND WERE REALLY WOWED BY THE CUTE SOUL SPORT!!! WE JUST LOVED THAT TWO-TONED INTERIOR. THE PRICES, SAFETY FEATURES, & CONSUMER DIGEST REPORTS MADE ME DECIDE THAT WHAT I WANTED RIGHT AWAY! IN ALL OF MY 25 YEARS OF CAR BUYING EXPERIENCES I ONLY HAD ONE GOOD EXPERIENCE UNTIL DAVE CLARIDA & KIA AUTOSPORT OF PENSACOLA ON AUGUST 12, 2011!! I COMMUNICATED FOR TWO DAYS WITH MR. CLARIDA VIA INTERNET & PHONE WHILE @ WORK! I ADVISED HIM OF ALL MY WANTS & DESIRES & DROVE 2+ HOURS & GOT MORE THAN I EXPECTED FOR LESS THAN I EXPECTED!! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I told the guy I am looking for a 2011 Sorento and I have $21,500. Once they realized I was not going to buy a 2012 for $27,000, they tried to sell me a mini van. Hah am looking for a 2011 Sorento and I have $21,500. It seems to me, based on these reviews and my own experience, unless a customer is walking through the door ready to blindly spend whatever on whatever they will be happily accommodated. Most of us work for our money and like to make every cent count. If you can't work with me to make my money work for the both of us then, I am definitely taking my money somewhere else. My mom also remembers walk away from these guys very disappointed. More
The sales team was very nice. The problem is how this dealership does business. I was looking at a Kia Soul Plus. The advertised price is not what you can buy the vehicle for. Pensacola Autosport adds dealership does business. I was looking at a Kia Soul Plus. The advertised price is not what you can buy the vehicle for. Pensacola Autosport adds $4000 .....yes $4000 to the MSRP. I have never seen anything like this. Then they told me they could give me $4000 on my trade. My trade was worth probably around $1200-$1500. So if you add $4000 then take off $4000 for my trade i just bought a vehicle full price and you got my trade for free. The model I was looking at was the 2011 Kia Soul Plus manual transmission. After they ran the numbers on the vehicle with an MSRP of $15495 it came out to well over $19000. Needless to say I was upset at the games. I left that day and called other local dealerships. I was surprised to find that there were some other dealerships that played this same game. I then called Team Gunther Kia in Daphne, AL. I spoke with Jason Bradley and told him about the price we got in Pensacola. He told me to come over and they would take care of me. I know thats what they all say but Jason was not lying about it. At Team Gunther Kia I was immediately welcomed by Brian Williams. He was very polite and very helpful. At no time was he pushy or rude. I never felt pressured to by. Jason was out for a few minutes sow Brian showed us around and showed myself and my wife a few different souls. Jason arrived shortly after and he provided the same service. Friendly, respectful, and laid back. Team Gunther Kia lets their business ethics and buying experience speak for itself. I found a 2011 Kia in the Ignition color. We liked the vehicle but it had the $500 speaker upgrade, $250 Homelink mirror upgrade, and a few other upgrades that I wasn't really looking for. Brian and Jason said they would work on the numbers and see what they could do. They ended up coming out $14200 with my trade and down payment out the door. $14200!!! For a vehicle with an automatic and all the extra upgrades! $5000 less than Pensacola Kia Autosport for a better model! No games. No xx. Killer service. It was the most pleasant buying experiences I have ever had. I always dread looking for new cars but Team Gunther Kia was a breath of fresh air. Our Soul is awesome. If you are looking for a Kia go to Team Gunther Kia and tell Jason will take care of you.
