My experience I had in buying a used vehicle with Kia Pensacola started over the internet; so well-described at Kia Pensacola as "a powerful tool." However, out of all the Kia locations that were close to my zipcode, Kia Pensacola was the first to respond and follow through until an impossible situation such as mine became possible. Abby Barrett was the sales person who helped me, along with the expertise of a team who all work together. They were able to work out a plan for affordable payments with a bank who was willing to trust me, in spite of, my not-so-good credit; especially after so many other banks had turned me down. I had watched so many TV commercials thinking that that they would be telling the truth about getting me into a car. Needless to say, the only commercial that was truthful in everything that was being said, was Kia Pensacola. Abby Barrett delivered my used vehicle to me on the very next day, after she and everyone else had stayed passed 8pm (closing time) to see me in a car. There were no lies or unpleasant suprises, just the assurance of telling me what was so good to hear, "you are approved." This is why my experience at Kia Pensacola will always be a moment to remember and I will always be appreciative.
