I was just looking at cars and was not going to buy a car that day. Mr. Townsend was so friendly and patient. He allowed me to test drive three different vehicles. Ms. Barrett was very knowledgeable about all vehicles in stock and what it would take to get us into the new vehicle we wanted. She worked hard securing financing and in a very timely manner. LB greeted us when we arrived. I explained that I was a previous Optima owner, was in a car wreck which totaled my car and I walked away with just a scratch and bruise from the airbag.
