I was contacted by Josh the night before I had a scheduled service appointment to see if I might be interested in trading my 2011 Sorento. Devin took us through the hole process that literally took but a couple hours ( most dealerships that I have been to can last anywhere from 4+ hours). 5 years ago our son totaled my car. (he's greatly improved since then. We purchased a new 2008 Optima really liked it.
