I would have loved to give "greats" across the board but my experience wasn't exactly how I wanted it. I arrived requesting to see 3 specific cars which were shown to be in stock on the web site. board but my experience wasn't exactly how I wanted it. I arrived requesting to see 3 specific cars which were shown to be in stock on the web site. I was greeted at the door by Murry and he immediately took me to a desk to get paperwork done to see where I fall financial wise. He then went to his manager and came back with keys to a completely different car than what I requested from the beginning. His reason being that his manager suggested he show me that car (2010 Chevy Impala) over the main car I came to look at (2004 Chevy Impala). During the test drive I told him the car was too much for me and I didn't need all the bells and whistles that came with it. He asked me how he could make things better and I told him to show me the car that I actually came to see. He then got the keys for the 2004 Impala and let me test drive it and I was very please with it so we started the paperwork for it. After about an hour of waiting Richard comes and introduces himself and tells me that in order to get the car I'd have to deviate from my original plans written on the paperwork I filled out upon arrival. When I questioned the reasoning behind it he discovered they were trying to finance the wrong car. He went back into the office and they started working on the numbers for the correct car and almost an hour later another man introduced himself to me and gave me the final rundown of what was needed to get the car I wanted. I agreed and signed and we waited for the finance department to call my salesman's name so we could finalize the sale. That took a little longer than expected but the outcome was much better than what I was originally told so I am thankful for that. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience but it wasn't great. They need to listen to the customer better and cater to the customer more instead of pushing pricey cars that may be out of their budget on them. More

The KIA Autosport experience was very pleasant. I was greeted by a very courteous young man, Sean Bacon, and asked what I was looking for and what would satisfy my needs. No sales pressure was a MAJOR reason I listened and learned of the KIA models and the Sorento in particular. Sean Bacon was my sales associate and he did an excellent job talking me into buying a vehicle. He was very patient with me and wasn't too pushy. I went through USAA and Kia accepted all the perks with no problem or hesitation. They even gave me a Military discount that I was not aware of. From the time I went on the internet, walked in the door, te no problem or hesitation. They even gave me a Military discount that I was not aware of.
