I was at the point of settling for something else when I received a phone call from Elysia Clark. She was the first person I talked to in a month that wasn't trying to sell me her deal, but asked me what I was looking for specifically. When I told her and the prices I had been given by other dealers, she told me that Kia Autosport cound get me a new Kia Soul for the middle of my price range and that I should come in and talk to her or Dave Clarida. So I went in on a Saturday and Dave was very upfront and gave me a quote that was exactly where Elysia said it would be. No hassle, no need to hassle. After checking all around for a new Kia Soul of my specifications, I knew the deal they offered was the best deal in town, as well as all of the surrounding towns. Now guess who will be getting my business when it comes to trading in the wife's van :) See you then Elysia! More

This is my third KIA Soul I have purchased. I love the car and I had a great experience purchasing the 2013 Soul from Kia Autosport. Josh was a great sales person, Billy Webb was very helpful and straigh car and I had a great experience purchasing the 2013 Soul from Kia Autosport. By way of comparison, I had stopped by a different dealer earlier in the week to test drive a car and found them to be pushy even though I made it clear from the beginning I was only looking at that time. Plus, I got great trade in price for my minivan at Kia. I also hear Kia's service department rocks. I will recommend Phillip at Pensacola Kia to my friends & family and definitely buy more cars there in the future. More
I would not ever step back into a Kia autosports dealership... I thought they were amazing, to begin with. I was in a terrible bind, my car had broken down and I was pregnant with my first child an dealership... I thought they were amazing, to begin with. I was in a terrible bind, my car had broken down and I was pregnant with my first child and I needed a car bad. The sales persons and manager were nice saying they would do whatever they could to assist me in getting a car. I didn't have good credit and had never owned a car before. They were able to get me a car, a two door cobalt which I was so THANKFUL for. They told me in a year no matter what my credit was I could come back to them, without a down payment and trade in that vehicle for a new car & keep it at the same payment AS LONG as I paid on time for a year. I called after KIA after six months and confirmed I would not need a down payment as long as I continued to pay my car on time for the remaining six months. Well, my husband and I was expecting our second daughter so I was thinking we would be fine... I'd be able to trade in my two door for a family vehicle. Well that was not the case AT ALL. I came in spoke with a sales representative who immediantly looking at my paperwork said there was nothing at all they could do. I then told them what I was told and he said he would get a manager and the men who work with the banks to take a look and see if there was anything they could do. He said they would call me back the next day. I didn't receive a phone call. So I called the following day, they asked me to have my husband submit an application along with mine and they said they would call me the next morning, which would be Saturday. I received no phone Saturday morning. So I went up to Kia around 2pm to speak with them and I was stopped at the door and was told that they needed more time because the banks were closed on Saturday and that I needed to be willing to be flexible with them and they would call me on Monday. First of all I knew the lenders were opened on Saturday (how else would people purchase cars), I had just heard the bell ring ring because someone purchased a car. But I was lied to so that I could be pushed off because I wasn't a BIG sale or opportunity for money. They didn't care about my situation because they put me in a car with a 24% interest rate which would have taken me years to pay off. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM KIA AND IT HAS BEEN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE FACT. Allen Turner Hyundai however worked with me like I had all the money in the world got me in a noce 2011 crossover vehicle and the Penair Federal Credit Union & Roger at Hyundai got my interest down to 14% a huge difference from 24%. I am determined to tell everyone to NOT go to KIA because of the end results, not the begining. They put me in a car that could've been my downfall. They showed no interest to help me when I came back and I was lied to numerous times. I thought KIA was different but after being treated the way I was in the end, I felt like I was had by crooks. My fiance and I visited many dealers between Florida and Chicago. We researched, drove and priced several different manufacturers and their respective vehicles which appeared to fit our needs. We contacted Kia Autosport in Pensacola and spoke with Elysia and was notified of any specials. I then met with Murray who patiently showed me several vehicles even after I told him I would not be buying a car on this date. He kept me current on promotions and specials as well. On the day we decided to make a final decision, we worked with Joe who was very personable and knowledgeable about the Kia brand. He helped us to find the car which fit our needs and desires. After settling on the car, the finance department quickly met our needs, financially, and without a stressful car buying situation, we left in a brand new Kia Optima. Thanks!! More
veh taken in for oil change. service written for, and I paid for, tire rotation. Prior to this, right rear tire had unique mark on tire at valve stem due to tire repair at same dealership. After service co paid for, tire rotation. Prior to this, right rear tire had unique mark on tire at valve stem due to tire repair at same dealership. After service completed, mark was in same place, right rear. The charged for, but did not complete rotation. Returned vehicle and reluctantly was refunded. Don't know abour you, but they lost my trust and business. More
