I was very pleased with the salesperson, Travis Diamond, who answered my questions and gave me the opportunity to tell him what I wanted. He listened carefully and even brought in the sales manager, Chis to help with my questions. I spent three days making the deal and never felt pressured or coerced in any way to purchase a vehicle. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. I also want to thank Bob Zimmerman for his assistance in financing the car and explaining the options we had for a warranty package which we bought. Thanks I was in an accident with a drunk driver that injured me and totaled my vehicle. My son-in-law Scott Davis did the leg work to find me a new car. I called twice before I went to the dealership about the advertisement on TV, and was told both times that it applied to all cars not any specific models. When I drove to the dealer it turns out it is not f advertisement on TV, and was told both times that it applied to all cars not any specific models. When I drove to the dealer it turns out it is not for the Kia Soul but the Sedona and Sorrento. No one was forth coming with information on $5000 trade and what I was told about all cars not true. Dishonesty is not a good policy to attract customers. Staff was uninformed in general first salesperson did not even know they had and ad on TV. I went to another dealer purchased the Kia Soul and was very satisfied, do not waste your time at this dealership. More

Salesman Terris Rease was very friendly and helpful in helping me find the right vehicle. Terris listened to me, as to what I was needing and what kind of payment plan I was looking for. This was a big plus for me as he was not pushy like most salesmen are, which I find a big turn-off. I had my 73 year old mother with me, since one of the reasons for me buying a Kia was to make sure she did not have any problems getting in or out of the vehicle, as she is handicapped and I am needing to take her to and from her doctors appointments. Terris took me out to the lot and showed me all the Kia Sorentos that were available I picked out a color and we took a test drive in a 2014 Kia Sorrento in which I absolutely fell in love with. Bob Zimmerman helped with the financing of the vehicle and in my opinion gave me the best financing available and not only that but also offered me a great maintenance package. Bob was also very friendly and helpful. Terris and Bob both took their time in explaining everything to me in detailed., which I appreciate very much. In my opinion both men are very professional and know their product well. There are 3 reasons I decided to go with a Kia. 1-I had a Kia Sorrento that was 13 years old and I never had a problem or any issues with. Which in my opinion means that Kia makes reliable vehicles 2-With the way our economy is going I try to buy what I can that is made in AMERICA. I like the fact the the 2014 Kia Sorrento that I purchases is manufactured in Georgia 3-The maintenance department that Kia Auto Sport in Pensacola has is one of the best.
