Outstanding I have had the pleasure of dealing with the great people at the Pensacola KIA through two transactions and their service department. I first leased a I have had the pleasure of dealing with the great people at the Pensacola KIA through two transactions and their service department. I first leased a Sportage and Marcus was my sales associate. He was extremely helpful and guided me through the process. Throughout the lease I used the service department for all of the routine maintenance and they were very helpful and wonderfully kind in taking care of any issues I had. Then after leasing for almost 2 years i decided to turn it over to an own. Luis was a new salesman but very personable and was quick to get answers to any question he did not know. Chris Jenkins was the person that did all the paperwork for both the lease and the buy. Chris was fantastic and made sure to tailor the package to include exactly what I wanted. Included in that package was an auto armor protection coating that i believe should be offered all over the country. I want to thank KIA of Pensacola for taking such good care of me and my vehicle. I have never had a bad interaction with any of the staff and would highly recommend this dealership for anyone searching for a place with personable, honest people that are really looking out for their customers. I'd like to use this space to elaborate a bit more on the multiple choice and yes/no questions below. At this point it's hard for me to rate Kia Autosport's quality of work (as requested below), as I've only had my Kia ten days. Customer service is very good, but again, a long-term evaluation would be more meaningful, I think. The only problem I've encountered is an apparent unwillingness to communicate by email; but I've found this same problem at every auto dealer, so I don't particularly fault Kia for it. Email communication is a real timesaver, so I wish all auto dealers would adopt a policy of using it more. The price on my Kia Soul was fair, and I like it that way; I'm not one to spend hours, days, weeks pounding the pavement to find the absolute cheapest of whatever I'm looking for. Most deals that seem too good to be true, actually ARE too good to be true. As far as the relative value of positive/negative reviews, I find them equally valuable. It's usually pretty easy to separate out the malcontents from people with legitimate complaints. More
