Railroaded and forced to purchase Test drove a Kia Forte. Sitting back in the sales room I told the salesman I was going to look around a little more, He jumped up, said he would be Test drove a Kia Forte. Sitting back in the sales room I told the salesman I was going to look around a little more, He jumped up, said he would be back in a minute and went into the finance mgrs. office. they both came out and said I bought the car, it was now mine. Finance guy said he transferred the registration from my car to the Forte., so I now owned it. No price was negotiated. I did not agree to buy the car. I am 87 years old. I did not know what to do, I was pressured and intimidated, so I caved. The sales man was obstructive rather than helpful, i.e. when I asked for a second key, he said only one was turned in, I could buy one, when asked for the remote he said there wasn't one, I could order one from parts who said $250. He did not go over how to use the car's features, Gave me the Carfax as I was leaving. He and the finance guy did their job, They railroaded and forced me into buying the car. Paid twice the Kelly Blue Book price. In addition , several days later received notices from 3 lending institutions that my request for car loans were turned down, Turns out the finance manager applied for loans, in my name. . He did this after I made it clear that I would secure my own financing. He got very angry. when I told him. On a scale of 1-5 I would rate my experience at zero. More
Stay Away! Beware! the salesman and financial office focuses on the monthly payments but not on the actual price of the car. When I asked the financial guy is there any additional cost for the service plans he told me no. but there is a total of over 3,000$ in additional costs. The salesman are very pushy and continuously ask you to buy the car right now. I asked for numbers on the price of the car car and so I could think about the numbers and come back the next day they told me no I cant do that! Not customer friendly! if you already bought a car I recommend looking at the numbers again and comparing to the MSRP. Not to mention the New car I bought also had a broken window washer motor that need to be replaced right after I bought the car. More
Great service since 2006 I bought my first Optima from Kia Autosport of Pensacola in 2006, and have bought 4 more Kias for either myself or family members since then. Amazing I walked in, told the salesman what I was looking for & the kind of deal I wanted. Outstanding salespersons-very awesome and cring I bought a KIA Soul 2014 and loved it but wanted a bigger care with more room. Went to the dealership on Sept 8, 2015 as I had received a letter from I bought a KIA Soul 2014 and loved it but wanted a bigger care with more room. Went to the dealership on Sept 8, 2015 as I had received a letter from the dealership to see if I wanted to upgrade.so I had my eyes on a Sorento SUV. My salesperson was Teris Rease/Jason Branum who worked very hard with me to purchase this vehicle. I have nothing but praise for these people, they were so knowledgeable, caring and informative. also Mike Zimmerman the financial person I signed papers with who explained everything to me. I hated to trade in my KIA SOUL as I just loved it , I purchased the Sorento and I like it lot. Your dealership is so great as I have been there for service with the SOUL and the service department is "outstanding" I would definitely send people to your dealership to buy a vehicle> I'm very satisfied with all aspects of your dealership especially all the employees are so courteous and make you feel welcome.
