Fantastic dealership I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. They are NOT pushy. The first vehicle was a Kia Forte (I don't remember the gentleman who sold that one). I took the Forte in for an oil change and met Drake, he was a fantastic salesman who worked hard to get us in our Sorrento. I cameven backnow in back in July of 16 and Drake let me drive an Optima, loved it but we couldn't work anything out then. I had to take the Sorrento in for another oil change and asked Drake to try to see what he could do, he and the finance department worked extremely hard for me and I bought the Optima, the first vehicle I have ever bought on my own. Love my car and have already referred a friend to this dealership and to ask for Drake for help. Thank you Drake and Kia AUTOSPORT! More

Would not recommend When I got my 2015 forte, it was all i could've asked for. It had great handling, a great radio, and peppy acceleration! It kept up the great work until about 10K miles when the steering started making an abnormal popping sound when turning, after 3 visits concerning the issue the finally faulty steering parts, had to replace entire steering column. 20k miles comes along(1 week after service appointment), going down highway 90 car completely loses power, engine drops to an idle with pedal floored, starts popping, and gets very hot, had to be towed in told my car was low on coolant (only a week after a service appointment) and that's what the problem was. now today with 21k miles, my car is refusing to start, no starter, just nothing. My last experience with Pensacola KIA was also my last, as I can not trust them in properly diagnosing and fixing my car, and they do nothing to fix the situation. I should've went with a different brand. More

I made quite a few phone calls in advance to a salesman (Donald Watts) and gave him our details as to down payment and requested monthly payments. I impressed upon him that we needed to be within the requirements and our arrival time and limited time to spend looking. We live over an hour away didn't want to waist time with a bunch of back and forth between the usual salesman, finance manager, etc that you deal with alot of the times at other dealerships. I'm sure Donald was tired of my calls and all the details he was given but upon our arrival he greeted us and quickly and warmly and assured us he had things under control and was gonna do everything to make us happy. After just a short time of going down his list of possible cars my wife found what she was looking for. We were then introduced to sales manager and with a very brief discussion as to additional needs and likes he made it happen for us. I truthfully can say that everyone so far was very professional and made us feel like they REALLY wanted to do what ever it took to make our purchase happen and be with in budget and payments. Marcus Moultrie the finance honcho made the purchase extremely easy and walked my wife thru all the details of the finance, warranty, and prep details. We were on our way back home with the vehicle my wife picked out in less than time I could have hoped for. Kia Soul 2016 Rebate Ripoff I recently went into the Kia dealership in Pensacola to look at a Kia Soul 2016 for sale. After a test drive, I asked about the suggested sale price I recently went into the Kia dealership in Pensacola to look at a Kia Soul 2016 for sale. After a test drive, I asked about the suggested sale price of $26,670.00. I advised the dealer that the Truecar price valued it at $23,022.00. The dealer agreed that they would go with this price. I also was entitled to rebates of $2,150.00 ($1000 for financing with Kia and $1,150 for military discount. I was rushed through the financing paperwork and later found out they charged me a total of $25,162.00 for the price of the car before adding all of the service charges and taxes, etc., The rebates were subtracted at the bottom of the contract. They added the rebates to the price of the car total $25,162.00 and removed them at the bottom. I feel like a fool and wish my husband was with me at time of purchase. I really only got the Truecar price but not the rebates. Ripoff! More

Read my experience with kia of pensacola! When you sell a vehicle it should be inspected! I would not trust there inspection process of KIA OF PENSACOLA! Or KIA MOTORS AMERICA You could b When you sell a vehicle it should be inspected! I would not trust there inspection process of KIA OF PENSACOLA! Or KIA MOTORS AMERICA You could be putting you and your familys life at risk if you do! Our vehicle was just purchased from KIA OF PENSACOLA less than 60 days ago and they used either very old tires on them or retreaded our tow truck driver and the nice people of pep boys told us that something isn't right with them. It must have have been there used tires from the tires for life campaign! The dealer just brushes you off They will ignore you and talk down to you and make you feel like your to blame! There owner will not return phone calls or emails but she will be happy to see you in a KIA when you are there! The dealer doesn't want to take any responsibility for selling a vehicle that wasnt inspected properly We had a tire blow out! Just imagine the danger and damage this caused!! SHOP WISE GO TO A REPUTABLE DEALER!!! More
