BAIT AND SWITCH Bait and Switch Marketing is against the law! I found a car at Kia on-line. Called the same day to verify it was still available. Heather tells me th Bait and Switch Marketing is against the law! I found a car at Kia on-line. Called the same day to verify it was still available. Heather tells me the car is available so I made an appointment for the same day to test drive. When I arrived I was told the car sold yesterday but could they help me with something else. I will never do business with one that holds its customer with such disregard. A lie is still a lie no matter who it is or what time of day it is. BAD BAD PRACTICE Kia you just lost a customer! More

Second Car Purchase in 12 Months! When Desmond contacted me a few weeks ago, I didn't think there was a chance in the world my wife and I would benefit from trading in our 2019 Kia Sou When Desmond contacted me a few weeks ago, I didn't think there was a chance in the world my wife and I would benefit from trading in our 2019 Kia Soul. We hadn't even owned it for a year yet! However, Desmond kept working at it, and eventually he put a deal in front of me that I would have been a fool to turn down. Des did all of the hard work before we ever came to the lot. By the time we got there, the deal was approved, and all we had to do was wait for the paperwork. In this COVID-19 era, that means that we spent *much* less time actually in the dealership than a typical car deal. Bottom line, Desmond sought us out and worked to make a deal that we would benefit from. It wasn't just about making another sale. There was no pestering or pushiness. We told him what we wanted to try, and he was honest with us about what could and couldn't be done. If you need a car, go see Des at Kia Autosport! He won't let you down! More
