We had a code that came on the car and so we took it to KIA Pensacola to service manager Randy Brooks and he said to leave our car and they would check it out and let us know and it might take a few weeks, KIA Pensacola to service manager Randy Brooks and he said to leave our car and they would check it out and let us know and it might take a few weeks, but we got a call in 4 days that it was ready to pick up and they fixed it and they washed my car too and it was a wonderful experience!!! I will always do my business with KIA in Pensacola because they get to you way before everyone else and I live almost 3 hours away and I passed a lot of car lots to get to this place but they’ve been great to us with everything. I visited the dealership early one morning to check alignment on my Kia Soul and Annie was my technical advisor.
