I needed some kind of guarantee that we can do business because I'm disabled and I can't just go to every dealership. Visited this dealership yesterday interested in purchasing 2023 Niro Hybrid. Our sales associate, Nathan was very pleasant and informative. He explained they did not have this vehicle on the lot purchasing 2023 Niro Hybrid. Our sales associate, Nathan was very pleasant and informative. He explained they did not have this vehicle on the lot because they sell out very quickly. So we test drove an earlier model and were very satisfied and decided to order a 2023 Niro SX. Picked out the color and other features and MSRP for the car was $34,180. However, Nathan then showed us the final sale price of $38,620.95. I asked how did we go from 34K to 38K without adding any other features. He explained to us that Kia Autosport of Pensacola adds a $4,440.95 surcharge for new vehicles. We asked why and Nathans explanation was "all Kia dealerships are doing it" and he compared it to his recent purchase of his house where he had to pay thousands of dollars over the asking price to get it. Of course our reason was "cause they can". The dealership refused to negotiate the MSRP or dropping this surcharge so we thanked Nathan and left. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car to first ask the dealership if they charge a "surcharge" before stepping on their lot. More

This dealership service department is terrible. I have been trying to get them to fix my tire since I purchased my car and they keep saying there is nothing wrong even though it lose air. I purchased a 2021 K5 in March of last year. Everything was great until I took it in for routine service in June of this year. They left my oil plug loose and the car lost all oil while on the i Everything was great until I took it in for routine service in June of this year. They left my oil plug loose and the car lost all oil while on the interstate. Randy (Service Manager) had the car towed in and they worked on it immediately. I picked the car up and thought things were okay until I noticed the car making odd noises and puffing black smoke. It jerked forward while I was driving so I decided to take it back to Kia. They called me to pick it up and when I asked what they did to fix it, they said they just cleaned the oil off of it. I asked to be traded out of the car. I was not comfortable driving it and had no confidence in the service department at that point. I picked up my new K5 on July 12th and on July 28th the car would turn on but the engine would not start. We had the battery checked, just in case, and it was fine. Randy had it towed in on Friday the 29th and assured me it would be handled quickly. I stopped getting updates from him, which was unusual, so I finally called the store that Monday. I was informed that Randy no longer worked there and that they couldn't look at my car for 1-2 weeks. I asked to have whoever took over for Randy to call me. I have called several times since then and left messages, but I still have not had anyone call me back. Any information I have received has been when I was lucky enough to get someone on the phone for the service department. I have no update on my car. I don't know when I will even get it back. They have now had the car in the shop longer than I have owned it. I fully understand that things happen but the way they handle issues is absolutely pathetic. Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. More
Just got off phone with them, they advertise on their website and auto trader new vehicles at near msrp, however they have a 4400 dollar additional dealer markup like most dealers now. I'm giving them a bad review, not for the markup, if your dumb enough to pay that that's on you, but for the false advertising that they sell for near msrp when they don't. More
